Registration Options
You can register for one person or multiple members and pay at one time. For multiple members, you register the first person and proceed to the cart. Once in the cart, you can click “Continue Shopping.” It will take you back to the previous page to register the next person. Then, once you have entered all your attendees, you can check out, and it will give you a total to pay.
2025 All Inclusive Package
The “All Inclusive” rate includes convention registration and meal fees except for Saturday Dinner.
Cost: $75
Additional: Saturday Banquet Dinner
We close the festivities with the incoming District Governor’s Banquet at Dos Rios (1281 N. Academy Ave) in New Braunfels. This will be an exciting evening celebrating District Governor-Elect Dennis Gutierrez.
Cost: $35
2025 Registration and A La Carte Meals
Select your meal options below, and add each person to the cart to be paid with the same payment. Everyone attending must pay the Convention Fee.
Convention Fee: $20
Friday Dinner/Social: $20
Saturday Breakfast: $15
Saturday Luncheon: $35
Saturday Banquet Dinner: $35
Alpha LEOs (ages 12-18)/Advisors Registration
A one-time convention fee of $15.00 will be charged for each Alpha LEO/Advisor attending. Saturday Breakfast and lunch will be provided SEPARATELY from the menu provided to the Convention registrants.
NOTE: Early Registration ends on April 18, 2025.
After April 18, fees are:
- Convention Fee: $25
- Friday Dinner/Social: $25
- Saturday Breakfast: $20
- Saturday Luncheon: $40
- Saturday Banquet Dinner: $40
- All Inclusive Fee (except for Saturday Dinner): $95
Any registration after April 27th will require a late registration fee, and conference meals will not be available.
